What a "Managed Intelligence Provider" is — and why the name matters.
A traditional MSP — managed service provider — keeps the lights on. Devices patched, email working, backups running. That work matters, and we do it. But for most businesses today, "the lights are on" is the floor, not the goal.
A Managed Intelligence Provider starts there and keeps going. We run your technology, we secure it, and then we use it to make the business itself faster and better informed — Microsoft Copilot rolled out properly, repetitive work automated, scattered data turned into answers. The name is a promise about what you should expect from an IT partner in an AI era, not a buzzword.
We're a new kind of provider, built from the start around that idea. There's no legacy break-fix business underneath us, no old model we're trying to retrofit AI onto. The modern stack is the only stack we run.
